A friend served this at a party - she really blended in the chicken until smooth - I think shredded chicken will do fine (crock pot your chicken during the day then mix and bake) - maybe even leftover chicken (Boston Market) - or chunked chicken.
8 oz. wing sauce
12 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. ranch dressing
20 oz. canned chicken
2-3 cups cheese (mexican blend, chedder, your choice)
mix and bake at 350 degrees until everything melts
serve with crackers or tortilla chips
Probably would be good in a tortilla wrap too.
