GF White Lasagna - FMS safe

10 oz. Tinkyada brown rice lasagna
1 lbs. Italian turkey sausage -sweet
1 lbs. Italian turkey sausage -hot
4 Tbs. Olive Oil
2 Tbs. butter
4-6 cloves chopped garlic
2 cups of sliced mushrooms
4 Tbs. BRM All purpose Flour
2 cups chicken stock
2 cups half and half
1 10oz. bag of shredded Italian blend Cheese
4 zucchinis sliced length wise

White Sauce
Brown and crumble sausage and drain on paper towels
use same pan
add the olive oil, garlic, and mushrooms
season with salt and pepper
add the flour- stir - cook for 2 minutes
whisk in stock
stir in half n half until it bubbles
add the cheese and stir well
add sausage - stir

Boil the pasta for about 14 minutes

layer your sauce, pasta and zucchini - top with more of the cheese blend
bake 350 for 15 minutes

my notes:
better to 'heat' the flour before adding the fat - do a backwards roux
more mushrooms for me!
add onion? maybe spinach?
used vegetable stock this time - no difference since the garlic is so heavy
